Hey everyone, I’m Bob! I’m currently a Police Officer, 23 years 4 months in, but recently earned my L1 last year and slated to attend the L2 this year. I’ve been active in CrossFit since about 2010 and a proud member at RDT since opening day! 🙌🏾. I’m the rookie and have no coaching experience other than helping @David Shapiro run the Signal 30 program every Sunday for first responders. I’d like to start coaching and eventually due that full time once I retire December 2027. I hope this group answers a lot of questions for me before I even have to experience them so I’m well prepared. I’ve been a gym rat my entire life and previously worked at a gym as a personal trainer during my 4 years in college. I look forward to all the knowledge everyone can provide me. Thanks for having me!!
