A Tip for Taking Customer Lead Sales Calls
Many customers will ask you for a monthly service price as soon as they jump on the phone with you, don't give them one right away. Ask them about the size of the pool, age of equipment, trees on top of the pool, dogs in the pool, etc... Have them paint a picture of the scope of work and then give them the CORRECT price. Start high, you can lower the price if you need to. But if you ask the correct qualifying questions and explain your higher price, many times it will help them understand why you are a premium. And why you will do a better job than the last guy. After all, there is a reason they are calling you,.....because the last guy screwed up (or no other pool guy is answering the phone). Let's get it!

I like to get pictures of the pool and pool equipment (in its current state) as well as the address of the pool to see impact to current service routes. Usually can give the price after that, dont want to be having to quote each lead in person, takes up too much time.

If not, what would you like to learn about this industry? 3. What State are you located in? These are some examples. Our goal with this post is to meet you and welcome you.
