Nose To Tail eBook To Download
This eBook is a complete nose-to-tail guide to organ meats and animal parts, showing you how to close nutritional gaps that muscle meat alone often leaves behind. It explains why liver, heart, kidney, and bone marrow form the foundation of a nutrient-dense diet, and how each organ contributes unique vitamins, minerals, CoQ10, collagen-building amino acids, and essential cofactors. You’ll learn the differences between raw, lightly cooked, well-cooked, and dehydrated preparations, simple recipes for every organ, practical sourcing tips, and a step-by-step weekly framework to build consistency without overwhelm. This is not about eating organs for the sake of tradition. It is about understanding human biology, maximizing nutrient density, and using every edible part of the animal to support energy production, cardiovascular health, connective tissue, hormone function, immune resilience, and long-term metabolic health. Fluoroquinolone Toxicity Injuries
@Maurice Daher A friend was prescribed Levaquin in February 2026 as a result of sepsis. After 4 days of taking Levaquin, she experienced stiff ankles, elbows and shoulders. Her doctor took her off it @ Day 7 and prescribed her different antibiotics (which she finished taking in February). She took amoxicillin in May to fight off strep throat. It’s 3 months from her last dose and she is still feeling lots of joint pain/stiffness, anxiety/depression. She can’t lift weights more than once per week because of sore joints / back that persists for several days. Her current dietary protocol is animal based (plus one cup of organic coffee purchased from local producer in Tucson, AZ. ) She consumes her coffee at 6:00am with her 2 eggs and yogurt. Mostly red meat, yogurt (L. Reuteri that she makes with organic half and half), bone broth and some fruit (organic blueberries or apple). Fruit isn’t consumed daily, but at times when she feels nausea from the consumption of the high amount of fat. She rarely had nausea in the past since becoming carnivore in January 2024. She also consumes organic local honey and some organic maple syrup. She still has her gallbladder. Supplements she is taking to help her with the toxicity from Levaquin include: Magnesium, NAC, NAD, Bpc 157, liposomal vitamin c, vitamin D. She also uses the sauna, red light therapy and spends lots of time outside walking. Is it possible to reverse her fluoroquinolone injuries so she can eventually return to her daily lifting / workout regime? She is not currently a member of SKOOL, but I was thinking that the seriousness of her toxicity might justify a 1-on-1 consultation with you where she can share all of her lab work results. Kindly advise what you believe is most appropriate for this situation.

Thanks. Yes, some of the negative side effects have persisted.
Why You Should Eat THIS DAILY!
Bone marrow is one of the most efficient ways to supply stable energy. It is rich in monounsaturated fats, which support steady fuel use instead of rapid spikes. This helps maintain consistent energy, better brain function, and reduced stress signaling. It also provides fat-soluble nutrients that support the immune system, joints, and recovery. Daily intake helps: - stabilize energy output - support mitochondrial function - improve recovery - reduce reliance on quick fuel sources This is not about calories. This is about fuel quality and stability. Consistent intake builds a more stable system.

Our species has been eating bone marrow for millions of years. It is a rich source of vitamin K2 MK-4. I put a package of ring cut marrow bones and a package of ox tails in a big pot of water, bring it to a boil, and simmer it for at least one hour, until the meat on the ox tail falls off the bone. I use the broth to make poached eggs. Delicious!
SYSTEM STABILITY RESET
Daily Morning Signal - Background Frequency 528 Hz, low volume, steady loop When you wake up, stand in front of the mirror, look directly into your eyes, and whisper this slowly. Not loud, not rushed. Calm and controlled. You are giving your system a signal, not forcing anything. (say what you want your system to do, not what you fear) My body is stable. My system is calm. My biology is working as it should. Nothing is broken. Nothing is failing. My body is responding to the signals I give it. My heart beats with control. My nervous system stays steady. My breath is slow and grounded. Energy moves through me without resistance. Blood flows freely. Oxygen reaches every cell. My brain is clear. My thoughts are focused. My mind is not overwhelmed. I am not in stress. I am not in danger. I am in control of my state. My metabolism is stable. My blood sugar is steady. My body uses energy efficiently. My digestion is strong. My body absorbs what it needs. Everything I eat supports me. My sleep is deep. My recovery is constant. My system restores itself every night. I do not rush the process. I do not force outcomes. I stay consistent. Every day my body adapts. Every day my system improves. Every day I become more stable. I trust my body. I work with it. I support it. I am building strength. I am building resilience. I am building long-term health. I am grounded. I am stable. I am in control. Maurice Daher, CNS Eat Based on Your Biology, Not Ideology™

I love doing mirror work. It is very powerful. When it comes to affirmations, I was taught to use positive statements. Supposedly the mind ignores the words not and no. For example, "I am not sick", is heard by the subconscious mind as "I am sick." I play it safe and say, "I am healthy."
Saturday Momentum Check-In
Let’s keep this simple and honest. Drop 3 things below: One win from this week Something that improved. Big or small. One thing that still feels confusing A question, symptom, or pattern you’re trying to understand. One habit that is starting to feel automatic Sleep timing, minerals, walking, meal structure, anything. Healing is built on repeatable wins, not perfection. I’ll read every reply and guide where needed.

Win: resumed walking barefoot on the beach at dawn. Confusion: Long term electrolyte balance. Taking magnesium glycinate has eliminated nocturnal leg cramps. Thank God! But shouldn't I be getting MG from my diet? Habit: Walking for 20 minutes right after I eat.

@Beth Switzer One of the benefits of living in Florida. It amazes me how many people who live here never take advantage of this opportunity. It is so easy to take our blessings for granted, don't you agree?
