If I was looking for a lead engineer...
If i was looking for a lead engineer to help strategize and use Claude code to develop an enterprise level suite product in an industry i have the downline and active clients for. How would I go about that here? I have created the business model and all components needed. asked claude to code it however i realized the issue in upgrading due to memory and other limitations. i needed to create a file system or a master spec sheet before any code. hence when i saw jake on IG i was like shit hes right. Id like to find someone who can apply this and other knowledge to make this a reality.

If you are curious what my late nights look like, its staying up till 2 Am to post videos like this. Twelve minutes on thinking machines. Descartes, Lovelace, Turing, Searle's Chinese Room, and why the AI consciousness argument we're having right now is already four hundred years old. Animations built with my automation structure. Script and content is all me though. Going to decide where this fits in the courses and maybe make a text companion. A new style I may keep for a genre of future videos if people like it. Let me know what lands.

My name is Robert. I have a vast amount of experience in the business logistics, automation, product development, and sourcing parts/design/formulations in many industries. I have several projects from a very unique healthcare app for obygn and a festival app that i believe can create large modular ecosystem of all the components involved. I have 0 background in coding and one of the biggest issues for me in life was finding a programmer who was skilled enough to build like a proper engineer should. My friend worked for oracle building their fusion program and much more. ive approached him several times but he did not have time. Ive been using ai since day one and learned a lot. claude code finally allowed someone like me to build. However i realize the flaws in their usage rates. memeory access and trying to text to code. Noticed trying to build and expand only created redundancies and flawed research. I realized that before telling it to code something i needed to have a base structure that it must always build from. Meaning i needed to lay out the entire enterprise software needs and use the ai to research all competition and new ideas on market. I have very specialize markets ive been in and have a downline to implement our solutions. however with the ai trying to save time by building the framework caused issues because if i build and forget a part that is needed or the ai research missed or ingored one part. when updating to a new coded version its all messed up. So having folders. We can change the world if i can launch these. I wanted to use ai to save time that traditionally cost me 100k plus of just data research and dealing with people that takes months or years to develop due to all the manual leg work before.
