GROUP POST (LEARNING + FIRST DEAL HELP)
Hey everyone šŸ‘‹ I’m new to wholesaling and in North Carolina. I’m currently talking with a seller on a potential deal and want to make sure I handle my first deal correctly from contract to closing. I originally thought the process was just getting the contract signed at an agreed price and then finding an end buyer to take over, but I’m realizing there’s more to the assignment and title process, and I don’t want to make rookie mistakes. I’d really appreciate:• Guidance on the correct steps to close my first wholesale deal• Recommendations for investor-friendly title companies in NC• Advice from wholesalers who’ve already done this in the real world I’m not pitching anything yet — just looking for help and direction so I can do this clean and right. Thanks in advance šŸ™

What markets are you wholesaling in right now?
Drop State + City below and I’ll share the buy box for that market + whether it’s worth focusing on. We're on the buyer / dispo side and always looking to JV on single-family deals. We've got hungry cash buyers in multiple markets actively buying. Let's close deals together in 2026

@Ryan Rizvi I am actively finding NC deals. If sent offers and going back and forth with the owner. This is a duplex and 2 small houses. Can you tell me as a buyer/investor what you would actively pay so I can see if my offer I made would work to need to be adjusted
