@Pete Bauer Thanks, I just taught myself to focus and always wear sunglasses when driving. I noticed it triggers mine when a sudden change in lighting occurs like when its dark inside the car and sunny bright outside (glaring). At the office and just about anywhere with uneven lighthing it sometimes gets triggered too🤷‍♂️.

@Pete Bauer Maybe up to half an hour, as it gradually decreases in intensity like it has an aftermath kind of thing, makes me nauseuus too and of course . Exactly, change in eye focus. Which may have a similar effect to a sudden change in lighting intensity.
