My KubeCraft plan

Im going on vacation next week and when I return I plan to sign up for KubeCraft. I hope that this post will hold me accountable and signing up when I get back.

@Marcos Santos I did! I'm working my way through the KubeCraft courses. I just received my order of a few mini PCs that I can get a Kubernetes cluster up and running on.

@Marcos Santos I got 5 HP 800 G4 with i5 and 8gb of ram. I won’t use all at first but plan to have a High Availability Kubernetes cluster with them all when I’m done

Cybersecurity to DevOps

Hey everyone! I'm currently in Cybersecurity and enjoy the challenges and constant learning that comes with it. I do know that burnout is real and I feel it, I feel stagnant and want to learn something new. I have been watching a lot of YT in regards to DevOps and I'm enjoying what I see. I eagerly wanting to join the Kubecraft community, I think either way its a win if i stay in Cybersecurity or move to DevOps there will be benefits regardless. Anyone have any thoughts or come from a similar background?

@Mischa van den Burg Thank you for the reply! I feel I'm missing the more hands-on aspect of my current position and would love to get back into that. I feel like DevOps seems to be a win-win, automation of deployments and streamlining processes. My thinking is IF i were not to get a job with DevOps I could still leverage the skills learned in cybersecurity
