@Katie Perez Welcome Katie ! Hey great to hear, I work on RFP's too as solution consultant. Challenges for Gov are compliance adherence to data, GDPR, security and budget approvals.

Built & shipped: AI Voice Agent for a Tax Firm
Just wrapped up an AI voice agent built with Retell + n8n.Took me around 4 days end-to-end, and it’s now handling real inbound calls. What it does: • Answers after-hours inbound calls • Qualifies leads through natural conversation • Books appointments for qualified callers • Answers basic tax FAQs from a knowledge base • Logs call summaries automatically into Google Sheets This replaces a lot of manual follow-ups and missed calls, and gives the firm clean, structured data instead of messy call notes. Big takeaway: voice agents feel simple on the surface, but getting the flow, qualification logic, and handoffs right takes real iteration. Next step is tightening edge cases and making this repeatable for similar firms. On to the next build

A Small Realization That Changed How I’m Building
I used to think progress meant doing more.More tools. More ideas. More learning. Lately I’m realizing it’s the opposite. Real progress is: - Doing one thing - Doing it clean - Doing it consistently This week, instead of chasing new ideas, I focused on building a single AI voice agent demo properly. Not perfect. Just finished. And something interesting happened — momentum showed up. Clarity doesn’t come from thinking longer. It comes from shipping. Curious: What’s the one thing you’re building or finishing right now that actually moves the needle? Drop it below 👇 Let’s keep showing up.
