Feedback: long jump
I have VERY little actual training with long jump. This is my 2nd time competing in the long jump, and I don’t regularly practice it because honestly I’m not sure how to. I had to jump from the 8’ board because I’m not under 14 or over 40 lol, which threw me off a little bit. My best jump today was 3.33 m

@Jason Rotger thank you!! I like long jump too it’s exhilarating
Feedback: First 300m race ever
My start is obviously horrendous (I have yet to learn how to use blocks) but today I raced in the 300 m at an open track meet. I just started track last year and this was the first meet of the season. I lack speed endurance so I went out at like ~90% instead of all-out, but still burned a little towards the end. I’m in the pink top & black shorts in lane 6. Time was 53

@Jason Rotger thanks! I’ll work on the 4 pt start for sure. And yea I was basically racing middle schoolers because the high schoolers already finished 10+ seconds ago 😮‍💨
