Is using ChatGPT to make a research topic/question allowed? Just for the topic/question and the methodology, I'll do with a mentor or someone. Can I get in trouble for this? I already know a middle schooler can't move onto ISEF when he/she participates in the regional fair, but if they win they go to the state fair. Lets say he/she wins in the state fair can the middle schooler move onto ISEF or does it end there.
