DAY 14: THE 1,000 FOLLOWER PUSH
WE MADE IT TO DAY 14. Two full weeks. Today isn’t another normal assignment. Today we’re putting the power of this community to work. Our mission: GET AS MANY MEMBERS CLOSER TO 1,000 FOLLOWERS AS POSSIBLE. Some of you started this challenge with fewer than 100 followers. Some started with 300. Some started with 700. Some have already crossed 1,000. Wherever you are, today we’re measuring progress and helping each other move forward. FIRST: DROP YOUR NUMBERS Before doing anything else, comment: DAY 1 FOLLOWERS: CURRENT FOLLOWERS: TOTAL GAINED: FOLLOWERS NEEDED FOR 1K: If you’re already over 1,000: DAY 1 FOLLOWERS: CURRENT FOLLOWERS: TOTAL GAINED: NEXT GOAL: We need to know exactly who’s within striking distance. TASK 1: THE DAY 14 PROGRESS VIDEO Your journey is CONTENT. Create a TikTok today saying: “14 days ago I started a 31 Day TikTok Growth Challenge with _____ followers. Today I’m at _____. I’ve gained _____ followers in two weeks. The biggest thing I’ve learned is _____. My next goal is _____.” Then give people a reason to follow the rest of your journey. If your growth hasn’t been huge yet, POST IT ANYWAY. Don’t fake the journey. Document it. Someone watching might be exactly where you are. TASK 2: POST YOUR BEST SHOT Today I want one video built specifically around what your analytics have already told you works. Look at Days 1 through 13. Find your best: TOPIC HOOK FORMAT VIDEO LENGTH STYLE Then create a NEW video using what you’ve learned. Don’t copy the old video word for word. Take the winning ingredients and make something better. We’re not guessing anymore. WE HAVE DATA. TASK 3: CREATE ONE HIGH CURIOSITY VIDEO Your second strategic video should make someone NEED the answer. Try: “If you’re struggling to _____, this might be why.” “I wish somebody would’ve told me this before _____.” “Nobody talks about this part of _____.” “I did _____ for 14 days. Here’s what happened.” “Before you _____, you need to know this.” No long introduction. Get directly into it.

Live Segments
Tony discussed live segments a few calls ago, and I think it’s a perfect strategy for lives. I’ve come up with a sequence that maybe you guys could adopt as well. Later on, you can clip each segment and turn it into a video that can be uploaded. Working smarter, not harder. For each segment, you guys can input what it is you want to talk about, the time you’d like to talk about it, etc. In this way, you’re not limiting yourself to a niche. You can get personal with a story time, talk about current events (preferably something controversial to get people debating, which creates more engagement), talk about niche-specific topics (for me, it’s fashion), give tips, do battles with people, do goal checks to see what your community wants to accomplish, and end your live with an open conversation where you talk about whatever they want to talk about. The biggest thing is that you’re giving your live structure without making and creating multiple opportunities for people to engage, and you’re also creating multiple pieces of content that you can repurpose later. 🟢 Welcome / Chat — 10 min 📖 Story Time — 15 min 🔥 Hot Take / Current Events / Debate — 15 min 👕 Fashion / Fit Check — 15 min ⚔️ Battles — 30 min 🎯 Goal Check / Community — 10 min 🗣️ Open conversation — remainder
