My payout was denied due to "Improper Risk Management." In this account, I have only made Ninja or Superman trades, almost always with a stop-loss of 400-600 and a 2x take profit. I did take profit early once or twice. Other than this, I have no idea what I might have done wrong. Any thoughts on my next steps? I was cautiously optimistic that this wasn't some scam, but now I'm not so sure.

I placed my first trade on my first Apex EA (10 contracts long, no stop), and my position was auto-liquidated after a few minutes, and now I can't trade. Has anybody dealt with this problem?
