Yesterday I had a 15 minute zoom call with someone from this group. It was obvious he had a good grasp of what he wanted to do but there were some finer details holding him back from accomplishing what he was trying to do. So rather than go back and forth over messenger I jumped on a Zoom with him and we knocked it all out in 15 minutes. Crazy how some face time can make all the difference!
