So I called and got the scoop. It is designed to get a new and different type each shipment. It is both easy and automatic, or customized. With no catch. You can skip hold change cancel at any time. If you don’t like what is coming you can change. Price seems to be same as other “clubs” but they are always free shipping. You can’t add to a shipment, but you can place an ala carte order any time with no shipping or minimum. You have a “dashboard “ to see and organize everything. You see the next 3 and can change or arrange there. The only downside so far was I received my first bag day after shipping because it was close by. Was not drinkable and I needed to wait a week before it was ready. It was excellent quality, but not my personal favorite. Dude told me they replace it if you don’t like, but I think that is first bag.

@Derek Willis it didn’t have its 7-10 days to off gas the CO2. Sour and watery. Today. Day 8, it was ok
