WDT tool
I paid for a subscription and then again for this prototype tool and never received it. It’s been over a month. Anyone else have issues with this site

We're currently reviewing a logistics issue coming from our fulfillment center that has affected outgoing orders and shipment updates, so I do not want to give either of you an inaccurate answer before I confirm the details properly. @Natalie Meyer We’ve received an email about this and replied there so we can get it sorted properly. Just want to double-check you’ve seen that response, as the name on the email thread is slightly different and I want to be sure we’re aligned. @Natalie Meyer My side shows that two replacements have been marked as shipped, including the second one I arranged after your email, so I want to double-check the record properly before I say anything inaccurate here. Can you DM me your order number again so I can reconfirm the details against the shipment history? If this has still not been resolved after that review, I’ll make sure the next step on your case is handled properly, including refund for the tumbler order. And of course, you do not need to return the incorrect tumbler you originally received.

@Derek Willis Good question, happy to clarify. Testing isn’t random, and not everyone receives items at the same time. Each test runs in waves, depending on what’s ready and how many units we have available. The next item going out is the WDT espresso tool, which is scheduled to roll out within the next 72 hours give or take. I’ve checked the list and your name is included for this round. You’ll receive an email in your inbox when it’s ready. From there, you can choose to take part or pass. Totally optional either way. There isn’t a formal submission form. Once you’ve had some hands-on time, we circle back here in the community for feedback on how it felt, what worked, and what didn’t.

All testing opportunities are sent through email, and we’re currently looking into a deliverability issue after a handful of testers reported not seeing those messages where expected. If you can let me know whether you checked inbox, spam, junk, and promotions, I can then add your email address to the review and come back to you with an update once I’ve confirmed the details.
