@Rick Sweeney Right now, the Brew Playbook is included for new testers who come in through the three-sticker bundle on the front end. It’s a new addition, so some existing testers won’t have seen it yet. We’re planning to also roll it out to current testers too, alongside the upgraded roasting sticker for review and feedback. You'll be receiving an invite via email for that testing ETA 7–10 days.
Digital Tumbler Feedback
How’s the Digital Tumbler been for you so far? Feel, build quality, and the temperature display lid feedback are all helpful.

@Natalie Meyer This definitely doesn’t sound right. Just to confirm, the lid you received does not have a digital temperature readout on top, correct? We only stock the digital tumbler, so receiving a non-digital version doesn’t make sense. Please confirm this ASAP so I can get it fixed for you right away.

@Natalie Meyer We’ve received an email about this and replied there so we can get it sorted properly. Just want to double-check you’ve seen that response, as the name on the email thread is slightly different and I want to be sure we’re aligned. Once confirmed, we’ll take care of this for you right away.

That’s right @Derek Willis , and I’m glad you raised the concern. The way I see this is very clear-cut. Anything shared would stay firmly at a high, orientation level. Short explanations of what each brew method is for, who it suits, and when you’d reach for it at most. That kind of overview helps people get their bearings, but it doesn’t replace detailed guides or books. If anything, it points people toward deeper resources when they want to go further. @Keith Lyons, if you’re comfortable sharing something at that level, amazing. If not, no pressure at all. The last thing we want is to undercut something you’ve put real work into.

@Derek Willis Exactly. A lot of people don’t realize different brew methods are tools for different outcomes, not 'better vs worse.' Once you understand why you’d reach for a pour over versus a French press, those choices start to make more sense. That kind of context alone can remove a lot of confusion.
