I Stopped Sending Looms. Replies Went Up.
Alright, I want to break down a strategy that used to work insanely well, stopped working for most people, and is now quietly working again if you apply it the right way. You’ll probably recognize this. A few years ago, Loom videos crushed. You’d send a cold email like: “Hey, mind if I record you a quick Loom?” They’d say yes. You’d spend 10 minutes recording a custom video. Send it over. Replies would spike. Why did it work? It worked because it felt 1-to-1. The prospect believed you sat down, thought about them, and made something specifically for their business. That’s the psychology. Now here’s the problem: Doing this at scale is brutal. Recording 10 minutes per prospect doesn’t scale past a handful of leads a day. So people abandoned it. Big mistake. The strategy didn’t stop working. The format did. Instead of sending a Loom, you switch the deliverable. Here’s what works now: You ask permission to do research, not a video. Something like: “Would it be useful if I put together a quick breakdown of your company vs competitors? I can send it over in 24 hours.” That’s it. What happens in their head: – “They’re going to spend time on me” And that’s the win. Now the real unlock: You don’t actually need to do this manually. With automation, you can generate: – mini audits – competitor snapshots – opportunity breakdowns – teardown-style reports All personalized, fast and scalable. From the prospect’s perspective, it feels just as personal as the old Loom videos. From your side, you’re not burning 10 minutes per lead. This is what I call a reverse lead magnet. Instead of giving away a generic PDF to everyone, you offer something that appears custom first, then deliver it at scale. If you want to see exactly how I set it up… Comment “Reverse” and I’ll break it down.

42% close rate with AI call screening
Still Wasting Time on Unqualified Sales Calls? If your still sitting through spammy calls and ghosted Zoom links… it’s killing your pipeline I just built a fully automated AI call screener that filters your sales calls before they waste your time. 🔍 It checks emails, scores lead quality, flags spam, updates your CRM (GHL), and even feeds conversion data back to your ad platforms (via Hyros). 📽️ I walk you through exactly how it works, including: - The AI prompt + scoring logic - GHL + N8n webhook setup - API hacks to update custom fields - Real spam calls flagged & zapped (with proof!) Check out the full video here. Comment "AI Screener" and we will send you the template over.

Built a Mortgage Underwriting OCR With 96% Accuracy (Saved ~$2M/Year)
I recently built an OCR system specifically for mortgage underwriting, and the real-world accuracy is consistently around 96%. This wasn’t a lab benchmark. It’s running in production. For context, most underwriting workflows I saw were using a single generic OCR engine and were stuck around 70–72% accuracy. That low accuracy cascades into manual fixes, rechecks, delays, and large ops teams. By using a hybrid OCR architecture instead of a single OCR, designed around underwriting document types and validation, the firm was able to: • Reduce manual review dramatically • Cut processing time from days to minutes • Improve downstream risk analysis because the data was finally clean • Save ~$2M per year in operational costs The biggest takeaway for me: underwriting accuracy problems are usually not “AI problems”, they’re data extraction problems. Once the data is right, everything else becomes much easier. Happy to answer technical or non-technical questions if anyone’s working in lending or document automation.

That’s impressive! You said accuracy was mostly found to be data extraction issues. I’m curious - What techniques did you find to be most effective in overcoming this?
Inside My Real Content Creation Setup
Creating content shouldn’t feel manual, slow, or exhausting. Most creators don’t fail because of ideas. They fail because every recording session has friction. Turning lights on. Setting cameras. Opening tools. Adjusting screens. Fixing things mid-recording. That manual chaos kills consistency. In this video, I walk you through my real, day-to-day office setup and show you how I built systems that make filming almost automatic. What you’ll pick up: - Using tools to remove friction from filming - How I switch scenes, tools, and recording modes instantly - Why fewer tools + tighter integrations beat complex setups - How to design a content environment that stays “ready to record” at all times - Small automation decisions that compound into massive time savings When your setup runs like a system, showing up consistently becomes easy. 👉 Comment “Studio” and I’ll send the full walkthrough and equipment list.
