Business/school name: I run both Anam Cara CPE (anamcaracpe.com) and The Center for Integral Spiritual Formation (chaplainformation.com). The former primarily enrolls civilians (pastors, chaplains, ministers) while the latter primarily works with military chaplains. These two schools are leading affiliates in each of the two main accreditors offerings clinical pastoral education (this is the required supervised ministry internship course for board certification as chaplains). Marketing wise, we run these organizations under an umbrella called the Spiritual Care Collaborative. instagram.com/spiritualcarecollaborative. I'm located in the Boise, Idaho, area, but the schools run through an online hybrid with certified educators offering the classroom portion alongside sites local to the chaplain student serving as the clinical site. My process is primarily meta ads> one to many presentations plus word of mouth as I'm the industry leader. These, however, are high touch leads for a medium ticket course ($1375 per unit with 4 needed for board certification) My #1 challenge is my nurture after the one-to-many, as I need several contacts - usually students enroll a quarter or two after our one-to-many session, and I am nurturing them primarily by myself, which is too high for my cognitive load.I also run a Skool community which is more of an incubator to keep some of those leads connected. My business largely survives on me - my recognition in the field, my personality, but I am spread too thin to have to worry about systems, and our systems simply aren't able to do much without me. I have a three person part-time team that includes someone that does my meta ads and apps, someone who is a VA who really helps bring my vision to life (I call him my Chief Experience Officer because he can help understand what I am doing) and a third person who is more of a technician. All of these guys operate on the High Level platform where I host everything.

@Cade Scott I run ads 7 weeks on, 5 weeks off based on enrollment periods (currrently in week 2 of "off"). 3 days a week I'll give one to many presentations. These are highly personal where we each introduce ourselves and I begin to qualify the leads. That takes 15 minutes, 15 minutes presentation, 30-45 minutes Q&A. 15-25 book with 4-8 on average showing up, but 10-12 about once per week. Quarterly, we'll take a week to try to hit the ones who have missed by using an email nurture, and we'll have up to 40 show for the ones we run that week. It's a bit too large and overwhelming, so I have to take a different approach, just focusing on hot leads.
