Merry Christmas & Thank You for an Incredible Year!
As the year comes to a close, I just want to take a moment to say thank you! Thank you for the trust you’ve placed in me, for showing up week after week, and for committing to the process — even on the days when motivation was low or life got busy. Being part of your journey this year has been something I’m genuinely grateful for. This season wasn’t just about races or results. It was about consistency, learning, resilience, and doing the work when it mattered. Every early morning, every tough session, every decision to keep going added up — and you should be proud of what you’ve achieved. Christmas is a chance to pause, reflect, and recharge. I hope you enjoy time with family and friends, take a breath, and acknowledge how far you’ve come — not just as athletes, but as people balancing sport with full lives. Looking ahead to 2026, I’m excited. Excited for new goals, fresh challenges, and another year of purposeful training and progress. There’s plenty still to build, and I can’t wait to continue that journey with you. Merry Christmas, enjoy the break, and thank you again for being part of this team. — Coach Carling
