Hi, I’m on Chapter 4 of the Accelerator and for my 80/20 strategy choice, I have decided to go with SA & Unicorns. I know it sounds a bit back to front but I already have 2 project properties that I am busy with. So SA for some cash flow and then go hunting some Unicorns 🦄🦄 for equity growth 😁
