What type of video clip would you like to see? BJJ, Balintawak Eskrima, Self Defense, or Taekwondo related? Also if there is something specific let me know. I will post a Balintawak clip later today.

I know little of it, so I figured it might be worth learning something new. I dont care for some of the new kicks, with the exception of the question mark kick, and maybe a few others. I feel the same about purely competition bjj moves. I like real world usefulness.

Wednesday training!
How is training going this week? I skipped Monday, trained yesterday but the body wasn't agreeing with me and will get back on the mat tonight. What does your schedule look like this week?

I hadn’t been up for much. Only did open mat on friday and saturday. Experimented with a buggy choke. Not sure what to think of it. Hard to fully reach and lock elbow to knee. Seems you can hurt yourself if not careful. Thoughts?
