This quote jumped off the page when I read it two days ago. "You cannot teach what you do not know. And you cannot lead where you are unwilling to go". It got me thinking about my sellers, buyers, prospects, and people encountering my marketing messages. Where and how am I leading them? How far am I willing to go to attract and serve my clients? How and with what intention am I educating them? From the very first communication through the closing, am I creating a big enough distinction to separate me from the other agents in my market and especially from what regular people think the "typical agent" does?
