IM BACK 4/3?
Last post i promise So what now? I actually am making these posts not just to inspire but also so i can reach out to this community- I have made a lot of good progress merely using capcut and some softwares that arent industry standards, now - I need help I need help learning my camera, sonya6700, just settings and whatever knowledge you guys have is greately appriciated, i find it a little challenging shooting on it becuase theres a lot more variables you can tweak like shutter speed, iso, etc and i havnt mastered those. I need help learning adobe asap, more specifically, after effects and premiere pro, and then other ones for my career marketeer work (i got a job as a digital marketer for an AI firm) them being: Adobe photoshoop and adobe illustrator. So if u guys could help with any of that id love you forever πŸ™ Any advice helps.
IM BACK 3/3
Last post I showed how I got over half a million views and a million views to my page- that alone didnt convert to that many followers - id say, in total from viral content, ive gotten 500 follwers. As i mentioned- Ive been cooking- Making a lot lot of moves and really learning a lot, funnily enough, a lot of the principles ive learnt are taught in this course with more structure so its great to have this ground work so I can build up on it. Jordan a while back mentiioend to me to get better equipment so thats what I did- - I got a sony a6700 - becuase I want to learn a bit of photography - I got a gimball, and a lot of other attatch, ments and really took a creative risk at this content creation stuff- with a lot of professional gear. The content creation and filming has opened some doors- - Ive been doing gigs as a videographer, I come to find, the more stuff i do, the more my vision of my likes and where i wanna take my professional skills to becomes clearer - I really enjoy filming- im not that good at it yet but i like filming, videography, making cinematic stuff, vfx etc - Soon me and my friend whos a way bigger professional than i am, are planning to do our international debut over in london which should solidify my place here in ireland as a solid creator- Ive realised a lot of this content creation comes down to networking too- so I urge you guys to get exposure and make as many professional connections, bigger creators than yourselves as a lot of these opportunities coming my way arent only becuase of my exposure as a creator, but also who im affiliated with and the opportunities working with me can give to people around me. Locally the exposure started to change my life too- I live in a small place here in ireland- and theres a lot of up and coming creators, as someone who only started making content seriously about half a year ago- the opportunities this has brought me are the following: - Taken seriously as a creator - Invited to more gigs - not paid yet so its kinda crazy I have the opportunity to go abroad - I just kinda got lucky and met a professional photographer and videographer whos got an excellent portfolio and we became really good. - Endorsed my credibility as a professional up and coming creator.
IM BACK 2/3
So like I mentioned, I been cooking still even outside of the course and I made some developments on my insta page. I had a few videos go viral - my biggest one having about 800k views now (screenshots old) and it left my monthly visits to my page at 1million- it wasnt art related content, however it still helped me push my content out there and I learnt a few things. It is a win at the end of the day - and its pretty exciting - locally im starting to make somewaves. Some of the things i learnt from this is- artistic content isnt everything- What helped me get this exposure was content pillars and having a sort of funnel: The video i made was shitpost, a meme essentially, which is the viral content- used to get reach and bring in a large influx of new audiences Then, I have my creative work on my page- which showcases my actual creative abilities with editing and what im genuinelly passionate about - editing and vfx Next I have my more personal content which is me talking to the camera or making day in the life videos- which help people see me as a real person outside of just a content creator- the idea is to create rapport Through creating shitpost content ive learnt just how important hooks and storypacing is - which is taught a lot in this course- same principles but a different application. Ultimately ive been learning a lot and ive been really working on my professional and personal brand.

VISUAL MASTERY IS NOW LIVE! πŸ’ŽπŸ’ŽπŸ’Ž
Hi, everyone. I'm really excited to announce that Visual Mastery is now live! This is my entire editing paradigm broken down into digestible bits of information that you can now use to build your own content strategy. I have made this module very interactive, with check-ins and action items for you along the way, so I can see how the learning is going. As always, be sure to watch the first video of the module, as it will explain the steps to follow for the subsequent videos. I think this is my best module yet, and I'm really proud to share it with you. I'm really excited for you to give me as much feedback as possible so I can make it even better for you. Thank you so much for your patience and enjoy! xoxo, Jordan
