trailer for ME, a movie which reminded me a lot of iboga
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CUx83jsAD9E warning: intense! with that said, make sure, watch on a full screen, with headphone, without distraction. I saw it on a big screen last year during its limited theatrical run and it really blew me away, the end especially.
book suggestion: UNSHRUNK by Laura Delano
https://www.lauradelano.com/book/unshrunk as it happens, I know Laura. but I still wouldn't say good things about this book if I hadn't read it. it gets my highest recommendation, not given lightly. you may say, "oh, but I haven't gone through forced psychiatry, I haven't gotten put on psych meds or tapered off them..." sure. but the memoir has so much more going on than that. it has to do with self-reliance, faith in yourself, forgiving yourself. if the specifics of her life story do include the above experience with meds and psychiatry, all the better, but you can still learn a lot and get inspired regardless.

@Dagny Gravert: I would begin it just as soon as you have finished any other book you have started. if you don't have any books in progress, then read it at once. please do that.if you don't know why I say "you in particular" PM me and I can do my best to explain.
The Dance of life
I wake up hearing music inside me everyday, and i met my biological grandmother Emma (she passed before I was born) on the moon in my first iboga journey. I asked her for words of wisdom and she said “just dance”. Such wise and simple advice from such a beautiful woman I own my life too. If life is getting hard maybe take a minute to put on some tune and dance. Let’s that energy flow and allow yourself to open to the divine flow of life. https://open.spotify.com/track/5wjVN2Yn7rraWlnUcF7fuj?si=GTt0i9BxQoyUQYGhIZ7GYQ&context=spotify%3Aplaylist%3A37i9dQZF1DZ06evO1KQW40

Classroom requires points ?
Seems odd to have to be a level 7 to access the classroom, isn’t taking a class a good way to earn points ? That said I’m bad at community boards so may just be my ignorance

@Isaac Jeppsen: two reasons for it, I think. one, a sort of anti-spam filter, possibly. two, a trend called "gamification" where websites and services model themselves on the way that video games work for positive reinforcement. do this, get a gold star. do the other thing, get a badge.etc. I actually like gamification when I choose to do it, like with an app I use called Streaks. not usually a fan of having it imposed on me, though.

@Isaac Jeppsen: gamification typically doesn't make such rules transparent. perhaps I'll look into other social media options and create a group on a platform that doesn't make use of gamification. Google Groups doesn't, for example. if I create such a group, I'll let you all know.
