Hey @Christopher Gallegos , first off, love what you’re doing and the work you put out. There’s really no fluff you’re actually one of the few people I’ve seen that really gives out the sauce. I’ve been watching your YouTube videos for a while and I’ve learned a lot from them. I’ve been wholesaling and have closed 3 deals so far (not much). I started off cold calling, then recently got my last two deals through SMS with Smarter Contact. Right now, I’m mainly trying to learn how to scale and become more consistent. I’ve been looking into the Genesis program and wanted to see if that’s something you guys really help with scaling lead gen, building better systems, improving follow up, and ultimately getting more consistent deals every month. I’d definitely be interested in learning from you guys. Just wanted to get your thoughts on whether Genesis would be a good fit for where I’m at right now.

I’ve used Smarter Contact and overall it’s been pretty good, but it can get a little pricey. I’m looking around to see what else is out there. Main things I’m looking for are good deliverability, easy to use, reliable, and reasonably priced. If you guys are using something that’s been working well, let me know what platform, how the deliverability has been, and roughly what you’re paying. Any recommendations or feedback would be appreciated!🙏🏼

Does anyone here use any SMS apps they could recommend? I'm looking for some comparisons to one I'm thinking about using. Its $50 a month, $30 to get A2P approved and super cheap at 1.5 cents an outbound only SMS text. But I'm kinda not sure what to compare it to. They are pretty new and geared towards wholesalers, so they have awesome support and they're building features mostly towards real estate but I'm new to it. Anyone recommend anything else they trust?
