Does anyone here use any SMS apps they could recommend? I'm looking for some comparisons to one I'm thinking about using. Its $50 a month, $30 to get A2P approved and super cheap at 1.5 cents an outbound only SMS text. But I'm kinda not sure what to compare it to. They are pretty new and geared towards wholesalers, so they have awesome support and they're building features mostly towards real estate but I'm new to it. Anyone recommend anything else they trust?

Hi Everyone, I'm a buyer looking for some properties in Decatur IL. They need to be livable and budget is typically around $28k-$35k. I do have boots on the ground who will view the property first. I also have a number of buyers I have direct connection with I can help offload once I've hit my target for purchasing this year. I'm looking to buy around 7-9 houses in the next few months.
