Once I tell people that I worked for the SBA, the next question typically is "Can you help me get a loan?" I tried offering funding before but I found that many businesses did not have a business structure to get approved for a loan. Secondly, The referral partners were not reliable. I tried referring a potential client to someone last week but the person did not reach back to me for the business.
