What’s a lesson you learned the hard way that others here could benefit from?
Most of the things that shape us don’t come easy. Mistakes, setbacks, or unexpected turns often end up teaching the lessons that stick the longest. What’s one lesson you had to learn the hard way that others in this group could take value from?

Massive Win! 73K Biz Only.
A few weeks ago, a partner asked me to talk with one of their clients early on a Sunday morning about funding. Not exactly how I wanted to spend a Sunday, but I did it anyway. This client had owned an entity for a couple of years, had excellent personal credit, but didn’t realize that business credit cards even existed for small businesses. I spent about 30 minutes walking him through what business credit cards are, how they differ from personal cards, and the benefits. He signed the agreement right after our call. (He told me he’d spoken with a competitor a week earlier but walked away because he left confused.) Fast forward two weeks: this client now has $73K in business credit at 0% interest for 12 months. We did this with just four cards, leaving him with plenty of funding options once the promo period ends. Never underestimate the power of teaching someone something. It creates the best clients.
Here and Now
This is like an update. I already introduced myself. Former professor trying to build retirement income through CREI. Thanks to all who have reached out. I'm open to sharing ideas but only about this platform, this business anything else is distracting. Give me a chance to focus. Thanks.
