@James Johnson I’m looking at bodyweight, performance, and how I look. And a sprinkle dinkle of yolo. But I believe science hasn’t expounded enough on it yet. There’s freak stories of a coach giving his olympians (Olympics)!I think 50g or either 150g before their event. So idk I’ve heard some people use creatine as an anabolic source more than others. I’m simply testing an envelope.

Update weight is up 4lbs. Seeing if inflammation or just the fact it’s 2nd day of the dosing. Spreading 15g throughout morning and 15g at night.
I’m awesome
It’s so cool to slip a disc in your sleep. I consider it a skill in my department.

Pressured pain?
Welp I wanna contribute to my member score lol. Not a huge fan of weighted dips, seems they’ve aggravated tendinitis but in my left forearm it created a feeling as if bone hit a bar and it bruised. I don’t think it’s bone but it feels like it.

-My theory is it’s the main movement that has caused that in my left arm(now any load of pressing with “substantial” weight does it.) if you look at my last post even the decline will do it. - I quit doing them and some things got better, tendinitis left, but long head connection in right arm stayed but it’s localized. - Bodyweight wasn’t enough so I chained 2 “45s” to me and would do my sets. - After the week I did so, the pains happened. This last rotation back early spring caused costocoilitsis. That left when I quit as well. - For pain localization (brachioradialis or even underneath) like you’re pressing a knuckle into it. When I abduct my wrist in a press I’ll feel it at the bottom of the movement. - Specific loads. - Pain wise it’s more of an annoyance and odd, doesn’t necessarily inhibit me.

Help!
Loss in my explosive power
I’ve noticed a significant decline in my explosive power, like my ability to jump around and bounce, step down from things. It’s actually kind of scary and realize it’s been a skill that I’ve lost specifically over the last two years…anybody else in this space? I think I need box jumps and jump rope back in my routine…kind of scary actually.
