My 8 Excellence Anchors
Hi my lovely members. I trust you are all well. I made a video about my 8 Excellence Anchors which I want to share with you. Small habits. Done daily. That's the secret. None of these take much time — but together, they set the tone for how I show up every single day, from the moment I wake up to the moment I close my eyes in gratitude at night. Have a look. The link is at the end of this post. I also added it to the Library in the Classroom. Which one will you try first? Let me know in the comments 👇 or If you already have some of your own, why not share one with us in the comments. 💬🗨️ ✨ Identity. Mind. Body. Hi Agatha Thanks for sharing your daily habits. My first two habits is also just like yours! Upon opening my eyes I greet the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, and then pandiculate!! with a big yawn 😄 I then thank Jesus for every person that I will see in that day and thank him for helping me with whatever every person has a need of. I actually put my hand in His and thank Him that He has already been in this day and therefore I can rely on Him for all my needs. We will either have warm water with celtic salt in and some essential oil or two, or we will start with a meat broth...jummy! And then coffee...and eggs...came into the habit of giving this body some goood stuff! I have set out a challenge for all the people that attend my rehabilitation classes to squatt and text...only two squatts a day and hold for 10 seconds each...so I have to do this as well to have a measurable outcome...wow these hips or me are doing their job! My husband and I discuss the Word of God..I love how he challenge me to walk out what the Word says in a practical way. I have something that I meditate on in the day and in between classes and patients my thought will go in that direction. My goodness I just realized how many habits we actually have. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

I have to just say this as well. We need to be patient with ourselves and many years ago I learned the meaning of patience...to be consistently constant, so if only starting with one habit be consistently constant with it.
