Do you use an Action Cam?

Im thinking about adding an action cam like the dji osmo action 5 pro to my arsenal. whats you opionion about it and do you think its a necessary tool to add to your sony cam?

I personally have a Sony a7 IV and a DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro. I haven't really used the action camera that much, but I love it to go swimming or when I'm just driving by car. Having such a big camera with you sometimes can be hard, whereas such a small action camera can be super beneficial.

I'm struggling with what to come up with, what to film for the short content. I feel quite overwhelmed with the possibilities and places where to go. Personally, I live in a saturated area where there are so many places and things to do and that can be filmed, it's hard to pinpoint the next thing I want to do in the chaos.
