What have you done lately that was a win and that can maybe help inspire others - big or small - we count them all.

Well I recently broke my patella and was in a brace for 12 weeks. Spent almost three weeks at a really nice rehab facility in Weatherford, Texas. Now I’m going to outpatient rehab where we are working on putting muscle back in my left leg. Talk about painful! A win for me is being consistent with my therapy exercises!
