Quick check… When you breathe in, does your chest lift… or does your belly expand? Most people in here are still breathing into their chest without realising it. Which means your core isn’t actually doing its job. Let’s fix that today. Try this: Lie down or sit comfortably Put one hand on your chest, one on your stomach Take 5 slow breaths Your goal: Keep your chest quiet Let your stomach rise and fall That’s it. Do it now (takes 30 seconds), then comment ā€œdoneā€ below. If it felt difficult or weird - that’s exactly where your work is. P.S. Don't forget about the live classes this week. How is your body feeling today? Stiff? Tight? Low energy? Back not quite right? All of the above? Most people wait until something really hurts before they take action. But the people who feel good consistently do something small, consistently. You do not need a full workout. Even 10 minutes today can: reduce stiffness wake up your core improve how your body feels tomorrow If you are inside Pilates Connect and reading this, do one short session today. If not, just start with 2 minutes of breathing and gentle movement. The goal is simple. Show up. Comment "done" once you have moved today.
