Mark 10:45 (KJV) "For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many." I firmly believe that to be a great leader, one must first be willing to be led. Servant leadership is about guiding others with humility, putting their needs before your own, and fostering growth rather than control. Balancing leadership and service requires patience and wisdom. True leadership is not about doing everything for others but allowing them to develop and grow in the process. I often use the metamorphosis analogy—just as a butterfly must struggle out of its cocoon to gain strength, sometimes stepping back is the best way to serve. Too much help can hinder growth. The greatest servant leader who has inspired me is my mother. I watched her single-handedly raise four children while enduring the heartbreak of separation from my father. Through every trial, she led with love, resilience, and selflessness—teaching me that true leadership is not about power but about sacrifice and service.

@Danny Kinstler Awesome move and perspective. Re-wiring my brain is something I recently began to implement. I’m pushing out those sneaky negative words and adding positive words. No more I hope, I think, maybe, I wish. I am now and forever more sure in my elections. Keep being great Danny.

✨ Random or by Design? The Power of Our Stories ✨
Yesterday, I released a Leadership Latte on persistence—how I faced rejection multiple times before finally being admitted to the U.S. Air Force Academy. Little did I know that just hours later, my nephew, JoJo, who currently serves on active duty in the U.S. Navy, would receive a rejection letter from the U.S. Naval Academy. JoJo isn’t a member of this digital community, but when I learned what happened, I sent him the recording. Later, as we spoke, I realized something incredible: a story from 40 years ago—my story—became the exact encouragement he needed in that moment. I asked him if he still wanted to pursue his goal. Without hesitation, he said yes. Here’s what this reminded me of: 🔹We often don’t realize the power of our own story—even the tough parts—until it becomes the light for someone else’s path. 🔹 What feels random to us may actually be by design. An unseen hand may be guiding our steps, positioning us to impact others in ways we never expected. So today, I challenge you to reflect: 👉 What past struggle have you overcome that could inspire someone else? 👉 How has a “random” moment in your life turned out to be part of a greater plan? Drop your thoughts in the comments—I’d love to hear your story. 🚀

Just this morning God laid a friend on my mind. I sent her text saying she’s beautiful and that I love her. This is her response: “Oh my goodness thank you I love you so much! I’ve been out with a virus since Thursday & it’s no fun but I’m alive & breathing. I love you too” What seems insignificant to us can be a major deal for others. Thank you for posting Sir!
