I was thinking about this , but . I have a 90 hour class that I have signed up for that is 10 hours a day for 2 weeks . I wouldn’t even be able to look at the content until day 4 :/ And then I have homeschool co op field trip the week after . And then a trip to California early May for medical biopsy for a few days . I’m not sure I can be as present as I like to be . Thinking … Maybe next time . have a good challenge

have you ever experienced the power of group intention with meditation? another whiteboard lesson! glad many of you are loving the youtube videos as of late! so much great feedback as I return to my roots of teaching and the whiteboard lol have you ever heard of the idea of "excess importance" and the pedestal effect? its rooted in ancient wisdom around detachment and letting go and explains why wanting blocks it and why when you treat someone like a celebrity they treat you like a fan we project "importance" onto things and that blocks it from us in this video I explain this in detail and show you how it will transform your life! comment on the vid and say "here from the high vibe tribe!" and lmk your biggest takeaway!

Is worrying whether or not you are giving someone too much attention , true detachment ? Actually - healthy attachment is giving , while your boundaries are respected , freely without wondering if it’s enough or too much . Worrying about mindset and this theory, keeps someone over thinking their nature . The idea of being on a pedestal or wondering if things need to be taken down a peg , Is not detached free thinking. If a person puts someone on a pedestal , according to social standards , but it is what they feel like doing, that is the organic flow to that dynamic . Different people do different things, and some people enjoy giving people the butterflies of flattery , and undeniable claim . Wondering if your actions are socially acceptable , rather than just doing what your nature inspired you to do , will also cause huge blocks . It’s important to know a diverse array of theory , But teaching people to give less in relationships is bad advice , unless it’s toxic for them and their own acknowledging of needed change . Comparison to other people’s dynamics will flatten the curve of your own intimacy .

@Jamie Martinez thanks for responding . Some people use “detachment” as a way to justify being avoidant, and that is ego driven . I forget that not all People have a problem with these things . I don’t have a problem with the pedestal issue , because i have balance , which is why it doesn’t resonate with me . I forget that some people are dating and I’ve been in a long term relationship for decades, so the ideology is a little different when you are committed partners and when you are dating and not attached . When you are married , you have to commit to the action of choosing to actively love . When you are dating , it’s different dynamic . Often , I don’t feel like much relates to me , as I’m a bit more mature in life and my experiences with children as old as some people in this group . The toxic pedestal means that you give too many attention or attachment to one thing in a way that is unhealthy or obsessive or untrue to a persons healthy desires . The structure is different once you know you are sure about some and when you are still unattached to outcome . There are co goals and times a partner needs to know that they are the priority right that second . Being too proud , to allow your partner to sit on a pedestal without over analyzing it , is bizarre to me. Pushing a point to be self centered is strange in approach , and the idea is just a little … ehhh… not something that I endorse . The concept of … this pitiful person giving and doing these relentless things with the cartoon image in his mind of his trophy wife on a pedestal while he works his life away … blah blah … Or the woman who puts every one’s needs above hers and some held too high in regard . Yes this is a toxic concept . But , discouraging those healthy moments that lead to true submission cycles , why make people deter from the benefits of it out of fear of the label ? We are supposed to be being , not doing . Some of this ideology beings the focus to the doing and away from the being . Respectfully.
Cross that bridge when it comes to it
I remember when I was younger I was a chronic over-thinker… Overthinking about my exam results day, overthinking of my business will work and etc. It was not a pleasant experience. And this all basically stopped whenever I learned this: “Cross that bridge when it comes to it.” Now what this means is, for whatever you are anxious about whether it is your exam results day, or meeting a certain person. Instead of worrying about the moment before it even happens were you just visualise the height of discomfort, instead have a stress free mindset, by using what I said cause this will make you live much more in the present and have a much happier life.

I found myself stuck in the big Picture today , instead of the NOW. It’s overwhelming , and easy to fall into the cycle of thinking ahead but but not enough to overthink .
