Since I’ve been using Ava. She has helped me a lot and she helped me realize that it’s okay to ask for help and that’s what I did… I’m taking baby steps after seeing the psychologist and doing some neurofeedback, it’s come to the conclusion that my brain doesn’t switch off when it’s supposed to switch off, so I’m basically in survival mode the entire time (like I’m getting ready for war). The Dr said it’s not an actual diagnosis but that’s what my brain is doing. So there are next steps to follow and we’ll see how that all pans out. ♥️
