Connecting with fellow Professionals
Hello everyone, pleased to connect with fellow professionals in the construction industry. I specialize in rebar detailing, steel detailing, shop drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and cutting lists for residential and commercial construction projects. My work focuses on producing accurate and fabrication-ready drawings that help contractors, engineers, and site teams improve coordination and reduce delays during construction. I have experience working on: • Foundations and footings • Ground beams and slabs • Columns, stairs, and structural members • Structural steel detailing and connection drawings My goal is to support construction teams with reliable detailing solutions that improve workflow efficiency and help projects move forward smoothly. Looking forward to connecting with contractors, engineers, detailers, and other professionals in the industry.

@Tim Fairley Haha, no worries at all. Voice dictation can definitely have a mind of its own sometimes. Yes, I do reinforcement takeoffs. Feel free to reach out if you ever need a hand with one.

@Irwin Rivero Hi, Irwin. I sent you a DM
What do you want to get out of the community? (And Welcome)
Hey Everybody A knew month so I thought I’d start a new welcome thread. Please comment and introduce yourself. Let me know what you are trying to achieve and if you have any questions about the resources. If you click on the “Classroom” tab you’ll get access to all the resources. My goal in June is to keep growing my consulting business and focus on re-building my construction project management course. The original is around 9 hours, but the new one I want to be around 30 hours and cover a few more important topics like software, AI and personal skills. Let me know if you have any questions!

@Serhii Kudelkin I think the biggest challenge when starting out is trying to do everything at once. If it were me, I'd focus on getting a solid process in place first. Estimating, project tracking, and finding reliable subcontractors. Once those are running smoothly, i think it will become much easier to scale and spend on marketing with confidence. Best of luck with the journey!

Hi everyone, I’m glad to be here. I joined Contractors Hub because I want to connect with engineers and professionals from around the world, learn more about rebar and steel detailing, and continue improving my skills in construction drawings and detailing works. I’m also hoping to connect with clients who may need help with detailing and drafting services. Looking forward to learning and collaborating with everyone here!

@Tim Fairley Yes, I mainly do outsourced drafting and shop drawings for fabrication and installation use, especially rebar detailing, steel detailing, and construction drawings. 😊
