Would human Flag be realistic?
Yoo guys, I am going to start training for human Flag, i have always admired this skill because it looks insane! The reasons i did not start earlier with training for it even though it is/was my dream skill is because i thought my fundamentals were not good enough and i was scared of me looking like an idiot when training/attempting it, But now i think my fundamentals are good enough to start training it: i just reached 10 perfect pull ups, i can rep out Archer push ups pretty easily, and i am close to doing a static dragon flag. About the technique on human Flag: the upper arm pulls and is slightly bend and the lower arm pushes and is locked out right? Also i tried on a pole which felt Okay was not close but i could hold my body in a upside down flag. But i heard it should be easier on a ladder so with two bars parralel to the ground. My plan right now is to keep training basics to get my pull ups to atleast 15, because somebody said that would clean up my muscle up, and to keep training V sit to get it more clean and also other stuff like dips and Archer push ups(my favorite) and i am still training for the bent arm planche for like 4 months atleast , i am very close every time and if ihad not been injured probably would have gotten it, but right now its just a matter of time. So i just wanted to ask is all of this a good plan? And is the human Flag not to big of a step up right now? And is there anyone who has trained for it that could give me tips for this, if not i think i will just do lots of attempts on the upside down flag(maybe its not the right name but i mean the one where te body does not go sideways but goes upwards. And eventually move on to tucked flag, one legz straddle and then full Edit: i unlocked. Bad form short time bent arm planche on the ground supinated grip because my wrist are very unflexible so i cannot do pronated or neutral grip
