@Sean Ade Projected 170k cost - 265k sell - so far cost is at 185k so went over budget but still have enough room to absorb

@Sean Ade The clearing guy left a section & set up guy installed home 20 ft over septic repair area - the permit didnt have ft mentioned just numbers. a 20 feet mistake caused 12k in clearing more land to find suitable soil for repair area & holding costs, redoing driveway and water line
