Based on what you’ve learned so far, what are you doing to set this week up for success??

Meal-prepped for breakfast and lunch for the week. Cleaned and all laundry done so we can just spot clean throughout the week. Planned out workouts and times. Synced schedules with my husband to make sure we are on the same page. And we are targeting being in bed by 9 every night!
