@Andrew Drasen You're looking for an investor. Okay, I don't do that personally. I work with people in my network who be able to assist. It depends on the ROI for them. It has to make sense if they are investing millions into a project.

What's up everyone! My name is Reggie Richardson with Preferred Funding Group. The main reason I joined is because of my guy Travis. We have been colloaborating on a few things and he brought this community to my attention. I specialize in providing funding for people with a dream but have a hard time getting a traditional loan. I look forward to being part of this community and helping it grow! I don't have a favorite broke moment because they all sucked! However, I do have a favorite change of fortune. A couple years ago my wife and had our taxes prepeared by a professional because I went from a W2 income to a 1099. We normally file our own taxes but were unsure on how to do it as a business owner. This was a big step for my wife because of her background of working at Chase for 4 decades. She started as a rep and escalated to a site lead with 900 employess under her worldwide. Back to the story, we get our taxes done by a highly recommended Tax Accountant. She was great, very personable and knowledable. We ended up paying an enormous amount for the first time ever, which really put a cramp in our backside! A few weeks later we get a refund check for even more than we paid. The accountant dotted the wrong "I" and crossed the wrong "T". And we got our fee back from the acountant along with our next year taxes done for free. We were so elated we went to Vegas with the excess and put the rest back in our account! We no longer use that firm.

Why can't I qualify for a loan with a 700+ score?
šŸ“Š Insider Resource: The ā€œFundability Checklistā€ – Get Approved Faster! šŸš€
If you’re serious about fixing your credit and unlocking real funding, you need to know exactly what lenders look for. Most people get denied not because they don’t qualify—but because they don’t know how to present themselves the right way. šŸ”„ Here’s a quick checklist to boost your fundability and improve your chances of approval: āœ… Personal Credit Score: Aim for 680+ for better loan and credit approvals (but we can work with lower scores too!) āœ… Business Credit Setup: If you’re a business owner, make sure you have an LLC, EIN, and a dedicated business bank account. āœ… No Late Payments: Even a single missed payment can drop your score fast—set auto-payments to avoid this. āœ… Credit Utilization: Keep your credit card balances below 30% of your limit (under 10% is ideal). āœ… Check for Errors: 79% of credit reports have mistakes! Get a free copy of your report and dispute errors. āœ… Build Strong Credit History: If you have a thin file, use secured credit cards or authorized user accounts to build history. āœ… Separate Personal & Business Credit: Stop using your personal credit to fund your business—let us show you how to get business credit in your company’s name. šŸ’” Want a full breakdown on how to set yourself up for financial success? Drop a šŸ”„ in the comments or DM me ā€œCHECKLISTā€ and I’ll send you an exclusive ScoreUp RiseUp Fundability Guide! Let’s get you on the fast track to approvals! šŸš€šŸ’° #CreditBoost #FundingSuccess #BusinessCredit #FinancialFreedom #RiseUp

What's up, squad! I'm Reggie Richardson with Preferred Funding Group. I make dreams reality with Unsecured Loans. Thank you for the checklist Travis. Everything you mentioned are vital for applicants to put themselves in position for a successful loan approval. However, now that they have all their credentials in place the next step is the amount. The amount is determined by their Debt to income (DTI) and W2 income for a personal term loan. Most of my lenders are looking for $50k+ Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) and under 40% DTI. Personal Loans are a perfect for small businesses and start-ups who have a hard time generating enough revenue to qualify for loan without collateral.
