This will be a powerful actionable step to take. You can combine the entirety of Module 4's knowledge to prevent sickness from ever happening. The INSTANT you get a sign of sickness, take action immediately. Your actionable step: Create a personal protocol you can follow for next time you first notice sickness coming on. You will refer back to this protocol next next time you begin to feel sick. Then follow it step-by-step. Remember, follow this protocol the MOMENT you notice any signs of sickness (it also won't hurt you even if you are completely healthy, so no harm for false alarms) I'll start and share my protocol:

My food philosophy is pretty simple (as you probably learned in the course) Breakfast is either eggs with cayenne pepper (sometimes mixed with spinach), or yogurt, honey, and fruit. I eat one (or sometimes both) of these things every single day. Lately, lunch and dinner have been pretty random and abnormal for me. I've kinda been eating two meals a day. I've been working 4PM until 10PM part-time so I'm not always home for supper. But lunch typically includes either ground beef or chicken breast/thigh. I've been choosing chicken thighs lately because they're cheaper and more nutritional. Then I mix this with either a veggie or pasta. The pasta I eat is actually quite good though. My girlfriend has gluten sensitivity so we don't eat normal noodles. There's a brand made with Chickpea that has more protein to it (and a better flavor in my opinion), and it's only one ingredient. I don't feel stuffed or bloated after eating it. Then for snacks I usually go with fruit, popcorn, or chocolate. I LOVE all three of these things.

1 Change TODAY — Frequencies for healing. I used to listen to 528hz on quiet volume while sleeping. I've slept a little rough the last few days so I can start this again tonight! 1 Change TOMORROW — Movement that heals. I love going for walks but haven't and summer is winding down. I'm going to go for a long and beautiful walk tomorrow! I can expand on: Red light therapy. I haven't used it in about a month for my broken toe and I can also continue to comfort my broken ankle with my red light. I can also expand on meditation after I'm done with breathwork. Today I meditated for just 2 minutes after my daily breathwork and I got a POWERFUL insight.

"Your entire gut lining regenerates every 2-3 weeks. All your skin regenerates every 4-6 weeks. Muscles regenerate every 2-12 weeks. The faster you regenerate, the healthier you are." This seems to be a health idea that constantly comes up in my brain. When I'm leaning toward bad or unhealthy habits, it's easy to ask myself, "Is this supporting or slowing my cell regeneration?"
