🌼 April Challenge – Day 1 / 30
Week 1: Morning Awakenings 🌅 Welcome to the first day of our April journey. This month, we're slowing down to notice the small joys that root us—beginning with how the day starts. In the Northern Hemisphere, spring mornings arrive with birds returning, light stretching longer, life stirring awake. In Paraguay, autumn mornings come with soft golden light, cool air settling, fruit ripening on the branch. Wherever you are, your morning holds something unique—something worth seeing. Today's invitation: Step outside within the first hour of waking. Not to do anything. Just to be. Notice: - What does the light look like? - What sounds greet you? - What does the air feel like on your skin? That's it. No journaling required. No sharing necessary—unless you want to. 👇 If you'd like, share one thing you noticed this morning. Or drop 🌅 to mark the beginning of this slow, rooted month together. Let's begin. 💛 @Red Seh @Ines Königsmann @Veronika Hübner @Nya K

Happy International Women's Day to all the amazing women in this community! 🌸💪
Happy International Women's Day to all the amazing women in this community! 🌸💪 Today I'm celebrating by opening this beautiful jackfruit—a gift from nature that reminds me how nourishing and generous the earth is. Just like the women who nurture, create, and hold space for growth everywhere. Have you ever tried fresh jackfruit? I'd love to hear: - Where have you spotted ripe jackfruit? - What's your favorite way to eat it? - Any creative recipes using the pulp or seeds? Drop your experiences below—let's learn from each other! 👇😊 @everyone And to all the women here: thank you for the wisdom, care, and beauty you bring to this world. Today we celebrate YOU. 💚🌿

🌿 March Gratitude Challenge – Day 5 / 31
Theme: What Gift Did Someone Give You—Tangible or Invisible? Yesterday we reflected on the experience of being truly seen. Today, we expand our awareness to the many forms of giving that weave through our lives—some wrapped, some whispered, some simply shown up with. In the Blue Zones, generosity isn't organized or announced. It's in the extra plate of food sent next door. The helping hand without being asked. The gift of time, attention, or presence. Giving and receiving flow like breathing—natural, mutual, uncalculated. Today's Gentle Prompt: What gift did someone give you recently—whether tangible or invisible—that you're grateful for? Maybe it was: 🎁 A physical gift—something chosen with you in mind ⏱️ The gift of time—someone showing up, waiting, or staying present 👂 A listening ear—without fixing or interrupting 🌱 Knowledge shared—a skill, a recipe, a piece of wisdom 💛 Forgiveness or patience—when you needed it most ☀️ Simply their presence—showing up exactly as they are Your practice today: 1. Recall—one gift, big or small, that touched you. 2. Acknowledge it—in your heart, or to the person who gave it. 👇 Share if you feel called: What gift—tangible or invisible—are you grateful for today? Or leave a 🎁 if you're holding someone's kindness in your heart. @Red Seh @Nya K @Edwin Bomani @Veronika Hübner

Yesterday, I was sitting in a café with an old friend who now works in the maritime field. We shared a beautiful topic titled “The Joy of Giving”, and he told me about his experience with giving at sea. He said: when they approach the harbor, the amount of fish is calculated and converted into a number of boxes, which is given to the captain. When they arrive at the harbor, they start unloading the boxes and distributing the fish to those in need. The strange thing is that in the end, they find the same number of boxes that were counted beforehand, and this doesn’t happen just once—it happens consistently.

🌿 Gratitude is Our Strength! | Day 31 / 31 – December Challenge ⭐
Yesterday, we honored the natural cycles that held us. Thank you for attuning to the season you are in. Today, on our final day, let’s gather our gratitude into a gentle, forward-looking blessing. Let’s appreciate not only where we’ve been, but the open path ahead—and our own renewed strength to walk it. 🌱 Check-in Pause, and place a hand on your heart. What is one hope, intention, or quality of heart you wish to carry with you from this month of gratitude into the coming year? 💬 Check-out If it feels right, name it as a gift to your future self. *Example:* “CHECK-IN... [pause] ... CHECK-OUT: A lighter curiosity.” This completes our circle. Thank you—for your presence, your courage, and your open heart throughout these 31 days. May the gratitude we’ve nurtured together continue to be a wellspring of strength, connection, and gentle power in all your seasons to come. 🌿✨ Thank you for walking this path together. @Veronika Hübner @Marama Elizabeth @Red Seh
