Swimming is my least favorite -just because I suck at it. 😂 I think I would enjoy it if I were better at it!
Suggestion
You should add a brag board where people can celebrate hitting milestones or completing therapy. After a few months of running and really pushing myself today I have gotten my one mile time down from 10 min 18 sec to 7 min 6 sec! Almost sub 7!!! My goal is to get to 6 min 30-40 sec

Mountain biking and hiking. I think I like both of these more than the kids, but they'll willing join - especially if we bribe them with a meal out after!

Calorie and Protein Tracking
I have never paid any attention to what is in the food or drinks that I consume. I have always just ate and drank whatever I liked and my metabolism was so fast it didn’t matter…now I am focusing on cutting weight and building muscle and am trying to better understand what to eat, how much, how often…it’s kind of a lot to manage at first until you have go to meals. Right now I have a spreadsheet for tracking everything and I do a lot of googling on how much protein and calories are in every serving of every component to my meals. I have been looking through Instagram for good low calorie high protein recipes but am curious if there are any good apps, cooks to follow, or specific meals that work for others.

Brayley, awesome that you're focusing on your nutrition! Maybe you've already done this, but I'll share just in case anyone else hasn't tried it. One way I've found easy recipes that fit my macros is to plug in some info into ChatGPT - it really helps when I need ideas! I love that I can actually tell it what ingredients I already have on hand and it builds recipes and a shopping list for me. Here is what I put in yesterday (when I got home from a weekend away and had very little food in the house 😅) - keep in mind I am feeding myself plus 2 active teenagers and my husband. You can customize it however much you want - if you're feeding just yourself, have allergies, don't like certain vegetables, etc. The more info you give it, the better!
