No "tech bro energy"? Count me in! I'm Rebecca (Becky) I've always moved. Six countries in the last four years, but the journey started long before that. A decade in financial services, proper corporate, international banking, taught me how big institutions actually work from the inside. That turns out to be useful for almost everything that came next. What came next was startups. Founding teams, early hires, building the people and operational foundations that let companies grow without falling apart. That work evolved into GrowPerform, helping small business owners use AI agents to take back the time that admin swallowed. And I'm building an app for working parents. For the person in the household who holds all the invisible threads together and rarely gets credit for it. I know that person because I am that person. One is the business. One is the mission.
