I want to slow this down for a second. If I’m being honest, I don’t wake up every day “on.” Some days I’m sharp. Some days I have to choose discipline instead of feeling it. And that’s why this community exists. I am a 2. I have been at the gym every other day this last week. I have start hit my water goals every day but not my protein. Protein has gotten better but not where it should be. My body feels better but if I could reach that protein goal more consistently I am sure I would feel even better.

Moving Forward — This Community Gets Consistent

1. Went to the gym twice in the last 4 days since I hadn’t been very much over the holidays with work and family Christmas get togethers. 2. Commitment I am making this week is to try to hit my protein goals. I am making a trip to Sam’s Club today. 3. One habit I am trying to avoid or possibly even quit is drinking so much diet dew.

@Matt Patterson can’t be any worse than the energy drinks people drink. At least they mine is sugar free and calorie free.
