I did 55 minutes of Zumba, 6 minutes and 30 seconds bow flex plus 35 minutes of treadmill

It was so nice outside so decide to go for a small walk it clear so much your mind and plus it was only 0 degrees Celsius so it was so beautiful played in the snow
