I saw this one yesterday thanks for sharing. We are NOT LAYAWAY items to get dusty on a shelf.
Why is gratitude so power-FULL?
1. It rewires your brain for positivity. Daily gratitude shifts your focus from what’s missing to what’s working. Over time, this strengthens neural pathways linked to optimism, resilience, and emotional regulation….helping you respond to life with more calm and clarity. 2. It lowers stress and supports emotional healing. Gratitude reduces cortisol (the stress hormone) and increases feelings of safety and contentment. This supports nervous system regulation, better sleep, and less anxiety…especially helpful during seasons of change or healing. 3. It attracts more of what you desire, when you consistently acknowledge what you already have, you raise your awareness and energy. This naturally aligns your thoughts, actions, and opportunities with abundance…whether in relationships, health, or personal growth. ✨ Gratitude isn’t denial, it’s devotion to what’s already blooming. This is the ultimate stage of receivership!
