js my opinion. I don't think ur going far enough in your handstand. I feel like u have to be more perpendicular to the ground. bc rn, you're extending your legs out, and that's a lot harder to do
Hi, just started calisthenics and was wondering what body movement I should start with (handstand, planche, muscle up?). I've been doing a small at home training everyday (flutter kicks 3x30 sec, reverse crunches 3x20, sit ups 3x15, Russian twists 3x12 on each side, push ups 4x10, and plank 3x1 minute) and was looking for feedback. Thanks!
I recently broke my wristttt. 😅 and now I'm stuck with leg day and a bunch of sit ups and stuff. anyone exercise recommendations that don't involve my wrists?
@Itay K yeah... when the moves get harder and workouts get harder, stretching is so vital. I used to not stretch but then I tore my forearm ligament twice so I kinda gotta be careful know
