Am I Fat?
Yesterday during a BBQ I got called out for being fat. . The truth is, compared to my friends I am. One of them mentioned it was because I didn't 'see myself as someone who's shredded yet' There is truth in that. Some seasons I'm ALL-IN focusing on my health and getting 'close' to that my dream body.. But whenever life is 'good' Sales are coming in, Money is being made, Wife is happy, I tent to be comfortable. And we can see that in my appearance. Curious what are your favorite ways for staying in shape? P.s. Everyones definition of 'fat' is different. For me in this context it means having a higher fat % than I want.

@Avatar Daan 100% agree. Everyone’s definition of “fat” is different, and context matters. For me personally, I’m more on the body fat % train because it gives a clearer picture than just scale weight. For example, as a man… if your body fat is ~25%+, then yeah, technically that’s usually considered overweight (depending on age). And if it climbs higher, that’s where it can drift into obese ranges. Not saying that to shame anyone at all you can literally look this up by gender + age group and see what the categories typically are. And honestly… if someone is in the “overweight” category and they’re happy + healthy + feel good, more power to them 🤝 But if you’re trying to change it (especially before it creeps into obesity), I do think it’s worth addressing from a health perspective, because that’s where we start seeing higher risk for things like: - insulin resistance / diabetes - heart disease - even increased cancer risk Not trying to scare anyone just being real. What’s helped me stay lean long-term: Exercise (consistent, not extreme) I’m a huge fan of traditional yoga (almost like calisthenics) + mobility + breathwork. Calisthenics (super underrated) Push-ups, squats, lunges, pull-ups and the best part is you can sneak these in anytime with zero gym needed. Even just a few “micro sets” throughout the day adds up fast. Nutrition matters too I personally like intermittent fasting, but it’s not mandatory. Even just 3 solid meals/day works great when it’s built around: - enough protein - fiber - fruits + veggies - mostly real food Appreciate you bringing it up I think this conversation needs more nuance like this

Also wanted to add this Walking = daily baseline movement. I’m a huge fan of aiming for ~30 minutes/day if possible (rough guideline). And if you’re busy, you don’t need a full 30 all at once — you can do: 10 minutes x 3/day brisk walk after meals quick walks between work blocks If it feels too easy, level it up with: incline walking hills stairs Running = 2–3x/week (higher intensity). Not necessarily daily — just a couple quality sessions for cardio + conditioning. And if you don’t like running, swap it for a higher-intensity option you’ll actually stick with: biking rowing (whatever works for you) Walking daily + 2–3x/week higher intensity cardio is a simple combo that works.

5 months ago, I helped a Skool Creator scale past $250K/mo. And I made $18,248.72 that month alone! I started thinking I had it all figured out… After all, I’d already helped over 100 people on Skool, sold $800K+, etc right? So the next month I went solo… And immediately dropped to $3K/mo. Month. After. Month. The worst part? I couldn’t figure out WHY I was grinding 12 hours a day… And coming home late at night to my girlfriend with 0 energy left. After 3 months of barely scraping by, I couldn’t take it anymore. That night, I sat at my desk, completely done with my own excuses. And I asked myself: “What’s the 1 thing I need to do to hit $20K this month?” Then it hit me like lightning… → “I cannot do this alone.” I mean, I could… but it would take MUCH longer. And then this post from @Aidan LaBreche slapped me in the face. Synthesizer Scaling. They listed ALL the results from their clients: Their first cohort made $3M+ collectively: (Results here) - 12+ people did $100k+ launches - 33+ people hit $10k/months - 54+ people made their 1st $1k online Honestly I couldn’t believe it at first, so MANY results, from those few people? And the crazy part? It wasn't just good numbers but the WHY behind them. You could feel the energy… everybody winning together! You know what they say: If you can't beat them, join them So that's what I did.. I joined their team and honestly, it’s everything I’d been dreaming of creating myself. The culture. The transparency. The community. A bigger cause, to change the world & Make beautiful money because of it! And just like that, everything started to change. $3K… $8K… $5K… All in a single week!! The money came back, but more importantly, I started making Impact again. And I know that if I’d had the right support from day 1…

How Skool Gives You 700 Leads a Day (For Free)
Skool is growing with 70,000+ new users PER DAY… Not all of them will benefit you, but imagine just 1% being your target audience. That means Skool is giving you 700 new potential customers every single day. Those users spend $1 BILLION per year… And we basically get access to this for free—they’re just waiting to come across your community & offer. We do the exact same things as before… but we get way more out of it. This is Aligned Leverage: Doing the same stuff we’re already doing, just getting a bigger return. It’s what’s helping coaches scale from $5K–$50K per month… to $100K+ per month. I’ve seen it over and over, with Max, Atena, and many other Skool Games Winners. Leveraging Skool the right way makes your business simpler, more fun, and more profitable. But don’t take my word for it, just check the Skool Games Leaderboard. (If you don’t have a community yet, start one here for free and see it for yourself.) People are already making hundreds of thousands of dollars… And the crazy part? This is just the beginning. 😉 How are you using Skool to leverage yourself?

@Avatar Daan any tips for joining related communities to your niche? I'm in the fitness space and although I was able to join 1-2 communities I noticed other communities haven't allowed me to join. As they may see me as a direct competitor in the fitness coaching space. Should I create a skool account where it looks like I'm a potential customer?

Stop Chasing Clients, Give a Carrot Instead 🥕
If you’re not getting enough leads, calls, or sales… You’re probably not giving people what they want. Let me explain, with a horse. 🐴 I was walking in Costa Rica. Saw a horse. Wanted to pet it. But it ran away. 😂 Why? Because I had nothing the horse wanted. Now, if I had a carrot? Or an apple? The horse would come to me. 💡 That’s how marketing works. Your audience = the horse. Your offer = the carrot. If they don’t want what you’re giving them? They’ll run. Every time. It doesn’t matter if you think your thing is great. What matters is what they want. 🧠 I’ve learned this the hard way. I wanted to attract $100K/month coaches. But the people coming in were at $2K–$5K/month. So what did I do? I stopped fighting the wave. I started surfing it. 🏄‍♂️ → I built offers for those people. → I gave them exactly what they wanted. → Boom, SALES! 🚨 If your business isn’t converting, ask yourself: Am I giving out carrots? Or trying to feed meat to a horse? Drop a 🥕 if this hit. Stay Limitless. ✨

Who's the best coach you ever had?
All of us had mentors, people who we've looked up to, seen and helped us grow. Maybe it's been your parents, or coaches you've invested in, or maybe just free content. Either way, I'd love to know, who is the person who helped you the most in your journey, and why?

Alex Hormozi, just made me realize that business is similar to fitness. In the beginning we just have to do the work, and do more reps to get better at it. Whether it's creating content, doing outreach, sales calls etc... "Volume negates luck"
