My takeaway from the first two days of 100% close: 1) develop a plan and answer the basic question, why am I in this business, what are my expectations, and who is my customer? 2) How do I find the customer, and maintain revenue-producing activities with high-value activities like the number of daily leads qualified, presentations, and monthly results 2) Leadership is developing self, customers, and staff to leverage time and resources. 3) Continuous improvement of learning, relearning, and unlearning will require a personal identity shift of new thoughts and behaviors to make a breakthrough.

I just want to take a moment to say "hello" to everybody. I'm new to the group and looking forward to being an active participant. I'm sure I'll have lots of questions in the beginning but hope to progress quickly so I can give back and help others.

My writing assignment requires a rewrite. I do not often read into what is not there but when I do this is what happens. Now, it seems that my professional and personal wants is can be 95% mental and 5% strategy but wonder how much emotion plays a role in this.? I am excited and enthusiastic about completing and moving on two the second assignment. Does anyone have a suggestion?
